Limited Lifetime Warranty
Rhedhöuse engineers quality, durable, and reliable products. Rhedhöuse manufactures
our products with the highest standard of workmanship.
Rhedhöuse's select products (noted in product descriptions) are warranted against
workmanship under normal recreational use. If our warranted product fails due to
manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at our option.
What is covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty?
Rhedhöuse covers zippers, seams, and straps on select products for as long as the
original owner / purchaser keeps the product. The warranty does not cover normal
wear and tear, accidents, abuse, normal fading, or negligence.
Any rip or tear within the seams that is caused by accessory defect is covered under
the Limited Lifetime Warranty, however:
- If a rip or tear is caused by improper care, a sharp knife, fire, an
accident, or negligence, Rhedhöuse will not repair or replace the product.
- The determination of whether a rip or tear is due to defective workmanship
will be made at Rhedhöuse's sole discretion.
- The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not include the coverage for personal
belongings that have been stored in Rhedhöuse packs or accessories.
- Any repairs, modifications, or alterations done by someone other than
Rhedhöuse will void the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
How to Repair or Replace Your Product:
For a guaranteed evaluation, you must first call Customer Service at 773-247-8879
between 7:30AM and 4:00PM (CST) Monday through Friday and obtain a Return Authorization
Any merchandise that is returned without a Return Authorization Number
will not be accepted.
- Once you obtain a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service,
include a copy of your invoice inside the package, and indicate your Return Authorization
Number on the outside your package, you may send your return to:

- Please make sure your package is prepaid and sent via an insured courier.
Rhedhöuse will not accept responsibility for uninsured or non-receipt verification
Please plan accordingly. Please allow an estimated 21 business days for product repair or replacement.
